Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Chikankari product, we offer two options:

  1. Replacement: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, we will replace it with an identical product at no additional cost. You must notify us of the defect or damage within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. No Return and Refund: Since our Chikankari products are handmade, they may have slight variations in color, design, or embroidery, which add to their unique character. Therefore, we do not offer returns or refunds for products that have these variations or for products that you simply do not like.

Please note the following terms and conditions apply to our return and refund policy:

  • To be eligible for a replacement, you must notify us of the defect or damage within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • To request a replacement, please email us at [insert email address] with your order number and a photo of the defective or damaged product.
  • We reserve the right to request that you return the defective or damaged product to us before we send a replacement.
  • If we are unable to replace the defective or damaged product, we will issue a full refund.
  • Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to process.
  • We do not offer returns or refunds for products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
  • We do not offer returns or refunds for products that have been purchased on sale or with a discount code.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
